The Mt. Lassen Art Center nestles beneath the west side of Mt. Lassen Volcanic National Park. The Center provides a variety of artistic and educational activities for local and visiting artists and for local and foreign visitors who come to this area known for its natural beauty. Serving the general public (including special needs) the art center features art shows, community events, art workshops and instruction, guided painting excursions, and educational programs including literacy.
