home of an active artist and educator with a history of serving
the local community (reference: Marge at the Shingletown Activity

and go on painting nearby painting excursions (artists references:

made and sold on the premises by Elaine Borda and Ann Hunt,
is within close proximity. The resident artist has a permit
from the National Park Service that allows guided painting excursions
into Lassen National Volcanic Park and for lessons at other
park locations including campgrounds.
Art is displayed inside the studio and in
parts the residence, but primarly during the tourist season

future.
